We are currently seeking an experienced residential home estimator. You offer:
• Minimum 3 - 5 years direct experience in residential housing estimating
• Excellent skills using BuilderMT and Timberline software
• Good knowledge of Alberta building practices and codes
• Ability to visualize technical specifications and blueprints
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with trades and suppliers
• Ability to work in a team
• Computer literacy

Your skillset includes:
· One – two years direct accounting experience
· College diploma preferred: Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
